Proficiency in Mandarin for normal communication and collaboration with Chinese colleagues. Previous experience in international trade, preferably in the hair products industry or related fields. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain good relationships with clients. Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Identify and explore new business opportunities in the European, American, and Middle Eastern markets, building and maintaining a strong client base.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Collaborate closely with the headquarters in China and the Singapore team to ensure seamless communication and alignment of business goals.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
