- Location : Loyang
- Salary : Up to $3,200 + AWS + VB
- Working hours : Mon – Fri, 8.00am – 5.30pm
Responsibilities
Manage the full order-to-delivery process, from purchase order processing to shipment coordinationResponsible in managing customers’ accounts, driving shipment / revenue, reviewing on raw materials requirements and customer forecast.Act as main contacts for customers, coordinate with internal teams to meet customers requirements.Liaise with customers to handle inquiries and resolve fulfilment issues.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production planning and streamline logisticsTo manage, plan, analyse and oversee demand & supply commitmentsAnalyse supply and demand patterns to forecast future requirements and proactively address potential issuesImplement and support new processes to meet the evolving needs of the business.Manage product configurations and BOMs within the Fulfilment Database.To support business / department requirements through the preparation and analysis of reportsMaintain accurate records and generate reports to support decision-making and continuous improvementPerform other assigned dutiesRequirements
Min Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma, no experience candidates are encouraged to applyMinimum of 1 year of experience in material planning or production planning, preferably in the manufacturing industry would be an added advantageStrong interpersonal skills, analytical skills, attention to detail, and continuous improvement mindsetExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with suppliers, logistics providers, and cross-functional teamsAbility to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentProficient in MS office – Excel / PowerPoint / WordHOW TO APPLY
