Roles & Responsibilities

You will take ownership of the day-to-day operations and delivery of NTUC LearningHub’s Career Mentoring Programme, ensuring a seamless experience for mentors and mentees. This role involves coordinating the mentoring journey, ensuring programme milestones are met, managing engagement, and providing insights to strengthen the programme. You will also act as the first point of contact for mentors and mentees while working closely with the Programme Manager on strategic enhancements.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage the operational delivery of the Career Mentoring Programme, ensuring mentoring sessions run smoothly from matching to completion.
  • Track and report on key metrics, including session attendance, engagement levels, and programme completion rates.
  • Oversee mentor and mentee communications, responding to enquiries, resolving matching issues, and providing timely support.
  • Lead the feedback process, including designing, distributing, and analysing post-session and programme-end surveys to drive continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate events such as mentor onboarding sessions, mentee briefings, and mentor appreciation events.
  • Support recruitment drives for new mentors and mentees through outreach campaigns and partnerships.
  • Assist in implementing mentor incentive schemes (e.g., recognition initiatives, CPD credits, token rewards).
  • Provide operational insights to the Manager for reporting, evaluation, and future programme enhancements.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features or fixes before release.
  • Coordinate cross-platform testing to ensure stable deployment.

Requirements :

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Education, HR, Learning & Development, or related discipline.
  • 5 years of relevant experience in programme coordination, talent development, or learner engagement (mentoring / coaching programme experience is a plus).
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills; able to handle multiple touchpoints concurrently.
  • Comfortable managing data (attendance, engagement tracking) and preparing progress summaries.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and confident in communicating with professionals across different seniority levels.
