About the Internship :
Empire Works is offering an exciting internship opportunity for individuals who are passionate about interior design, renovation, and customer service. As a Sales Renovation Consultant Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience in dealing with real clients, understanding renovation processes, and assisting in sales and project planning.
This internship is ideal for students or fresh graduates who want to explore a career in sales, project management, or interior design.
What You’ll Learn & Do :
- Assist in meeting and communicating with homeowners
- Participate in client consultation sessions alongside our senior consultants
- Learn to propose design ideas and space planning solutions
- Support in the selection of materials, color matching, and layout planning
- Help prepare quotations and renovation proposals
- Learn how to manage a renovation project from start to handover
- Assist in site visits and project follow-ups
- Gain insights into before and after-sales service processes
- Understand how leads are managed and converted into projects
Requirements :
Student or fresh graduate in interior design, business, marketing, or a related fieldInterest in home renovation, sales, or designEager to learn, hands-on, and proactiveGood communication and interpersonal skillsWilling to work on some weekends (to join client meetings or site visits)Mandarin speaking is a plus but not requiredWhat We Offer :
