Role Summary

You will be responsible for assisting engineers with new product introduction (NTO), performing data analysis, executing experimental lots, and ensuring compliance with manufacturing flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Performing various tasks with module engineers and technicians to setup a new product (NTO) including inline control plans, NTO lot arrangement, and failure analysis submissions.
• Performing routine inline / WAT data analysis under the guidance of the process integration engineering staff using established data analysis procedures and software.
• Writing and execution of experimental lot requests and then work with the factory system technicians to ensure these requests are created and implemented correctly.
• Coordinate Fab user / MFG team to drive compliance to manufacturing flow change standard domain and automation implementation.
• Interacting with fab shift supervisors, module engineers, integration and product engineers in support of customer prototype product lots, technology and product qualification lots and other customer-critical wafer deliverables.
• Completing all required reporting and documentation
