Roles & Responsibilities

Legal Counsel – Manufacturing | 5+ PQE, Singapore

A leading regional group is seeking a Legal Counsel to support its growing business. Reporting to the General Counsel, this is a broad in-house role with a strong emphasis on legal advisory work alongside oversight of core governance and corporate secretarial matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements.
• Advise on corporate / commercial law, compliance obligations, and risk management.
• Support M&A, restructuring, and other strategic initiatives.
• Oversee statutory filings, board / shareholder resolutions, and governance records.
• Liaise with regulators, external counsel, and overseas subsidiaries.
