Job descriptionCandidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma. Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG industry. Strong negotiation skill, excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. Efficient problem solving and analytical skills, result oriented and able to work independently. Possess good knowledge in MS Office.
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Develop sales channels, achieving target revenue and strong product presence & distribution.
- Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects for business.
- Develop and maintain strategic business relationship with major accounts to promote brand awareness and profitable business relationships.
- Developing and executing channel sales strategies to increase the rate of sale of brands.
- Coordinate and Execute sales and marketing campaigns / joint promotional activities, achieving business objectives & goals.
- Analyse and Report on sales trend & performance.
- Preparation and upkeep of sales call reports and administration tasks.
- Working with various departments and personnel to facilitate daily operations.
