Bullion Project Manager - D16 Upper East Coast, Bedok, Eastwood, Kew Drive, SG

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver bullion-related projects across trading, operations, technology, and compliance functions.
• Partner with stakeholders (Treasury, Operations, Finance, Risk, Compliance, IT) to define scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Manage business process reengineering for bullion operations to ensure efficiency, automation, and control.
• Oversee system implementation, integration, and testing for bullion trading and settlement platforms.
• Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and ensure timely reporting to senior management.
• Support regulatory initiatives related to MAS compliance, KYC / AML, and bullion import / export guidelines.
• Drive change management, UAT, training, and business readiness activities.
• Provide regular status updates, dashboards, and executive presentations to stakeholders.
