Roles & Responsibilities

Established in 2019, Gaia Lifestyle Holdings Pte. Ltd. is a Food and Beverage (F&B) and Shared Services Company managing F&B Operations as well as providing support services to a rapidly growing Group of Companies in multiple industries comprising concert / live shows management and promotions, F&B, hospitality, and real estate management. Gaia Lifestyle Holdings Pte. Ltd. regularly measures and improves process quality, examines, and applies best industry practices, identifies new and advanced technological implementations as well as trains and develops our employees to keep them relevant.

The primary role of the Senior IT Executive / IT Executive is to provide support to the corporate office and off-site venues and outlets, in a professional and timely manner. This individual possesses communication, friendly, approachable, people management skills, good team player, meticulous and detail oriented.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users
  • Develop, update and maintain technical documentation, user guides and training materials
  • Participate in all IT projects, providing support to ensure successful implementation
  • Handle the operations and maintenance of IT infrastructure
  • Plan and implement system and servers’ upgrades and expansions
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding procedures
  • Assist in IT asset lifecycle, including procurement, inventory management and asset tagging
  • Provide offsite support as and when required
  • Assist in ad-hoc IT duties as and when required

Job Requirements

  • Background in Information Technology, Information Systems or a related field
  • Preferably 3 to 5 years of IT support experience in a multi-device environment (Windows & Mac); we welcome application from fresh graduate as well
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals (LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls, DNS, DHCP)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a service-oriented mindset
  • Expected to work the necessary hours to complete duties / fulfill responsibility
  • Offsite support, travelling to outlets or external venues may be required
  • Possess a positive attitude to learn and grow with the company
  • Good disposition, interpersonal, meticulous and detail oriented
  • Able to work independently
