Job descriptionA Diploma or Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying, or a related field. Candidates with sufficient experience will be considered for a Senior role. Familiarity with contract law and the SOP (Security of Payment) Act. Ability to work with tight deadlines. Good communication skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description :
- Perform quantity take-offs, and source suppliers and sub-contractors.
- Collaborate closely with the project team to ensure the timely appointment of subcontractors and suppliers.
- Prepare and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
- Prepare and submit progress claims and respond to subcontractor payment queries.
- Identify and initiate claims for variations to the contract.
- Administer the contract to ensure full compliance and conformance to terms.
- Resolve disputes with stakeholders and finalize project accounts.
- Participate in the tendering process, with duties assigned by the team leader.
