Position : F&B Area Manager
Salary : up to $3500 (basic) + $150 (phone) + $250 (vCashCard) + AWS + VB
Working Day : 6 Days
Working Location : Islandwide
Job Responsibilities :
Operation
- Lead a group of foodcourt managers in reaching sales goals, improving the general operation of the outlets and financial performance.
- Give direction to the F&B supervisor and foodcourt manager to ensure the coffee shops and foodcourts run well every day.
- Conduct regular checks on the hygiene, service standards and quality of products, and provide feedback internally and to stall tenant.
- Maintain good working relationships with landlords, relevant authorities / agencies and stall tenants.
- In charge of promoting food stalls to renters and making sure the outlet collects rent from tenants on time.
- Responsible for negotiating and monitoring lease terms with stall occupants and overseeing lease renewal agreements.
- Conduct weekly and monthly outlet’s meeting.
- Able to handle daily sales settlement.
Administration
Evaluate employees' performance and make recommendations for their confirmation, advancement, and training to improve their productivity.Resolve conflicts, grievances, disciplinary matters, and team tension.Responsible for daily sales collection, petty cash, and outlet float funds.In charge of making sure the daily sales received by stall tenants are accurate and deposited.Create monthly reports and deliver them to senior management.Timely filing of reports from outlets.Any other assigned tasks.Qualifications & Requirements :
Diploma in Food & Beverage Management or its equivalent.At least 5 years working experience in Foodcourt operation.Valid class 3 license.To Apply :
