Service Engineer (HVAC / ACMV / Data Centre / Mechanical Engineering)

Job descriptionPerform periodic servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CRAC / WDS systems. Diagnose hardware / software faults, identify root causes, and recommend solutions. Conduct equipment power-up / down procedures and respond promptly to e-calls (emergency calls). Provide technical support and onsite training on Operation & Maintenance Manuals (OMM). Maintain strong client relationships, particularly with site engineers. Liaise with customer engineering departments to ensure compliance with company procedures and quality guidelines. Complete detailed service reports after each servicing / e-call. Submit weekly / monthly reports on work activities, progress, and remedial actions. Maintain accurate filing, documentation, and tracking of all service records. Monitor and manage contractor activities to ensure adherence to safety / operational procedures. Review site "Events and Actions," implementing corrective measures as needed. Plan, execute, and update daily work schedules. Strictly follow data center safety rules, regulations, and quality standards. Ensure all work activities comply with occupational safety guidelines. Support ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors Minimum Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent Possess good practical knowledge of electrical and mechanical works Training Provided for those without / lesser experience Work experiences and job responsibilities Current and Expected salary Reason for leaving Date of availability Education background
