- Lead the formulation of new crop from conceptualization to commercialization :
Seed Trial
Conduct new seed variety trialsNutrient Formulation (fertilizer, bio-stimulant)
Develop and test new nutrient formulation to optimize macro & micro-nutrient blend and improve plant growthClimate (adaptation, environment stress research)
Develop protocols for climate-smart agriculture solutionsManage trials and ensure product safety through field experiment and greenhouse validationEnsure alignment with market trends and consumer needsProcess Development & Optimization
Constantly review nursery, transplanting, harvesting, ready-to-eat processesModify methods to improve quality, consistency and efficiencyScale up recipe from data analysis to pilot plant to full productionRaw Material Research
Investigate new ingredients and technologies to enhance shelf life, quality and sustainabilityCross Departmental Collaboration
Work with production, procurement, sales & marketing to align food specs and go-to-market plansSupport production during product scale-up and initial runsProject Management

Handling, Storage & Packaging
