Job Description

1.Physical Condition & Safety Compliance

• Conduct regular physical walkthroughs of premises, including rooms, corridors, and common areas.
• Check for cleanliness, visible damage, and structural integrity.
• Record, photograph, and submit defect lists for follow-up.
• Liaise with maintenance teams and monitor the progress of rectification works.
• Perform routine safety checks (e.g., inspection of fire extinguishers, emergency lights, and other safety equipment).

2. Inventory & Asset Management

Please note that some light shifting and lifting will be required from time to time.
