Job Description
Execute field
technical support to commission, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair
equipment and / or systems assigned.
Develop
relevant technical checklists and work instructions.
Be the technical liaison between suppliers and team
members if so assigned.
Provide technical and
engineering assistance to sales staff (if any).
May be assigned to secure or maintain contracted service
sales in the area of provision of preventive and corrective
maintenance contract with customers.
Interface
with relevant stakeholders to facilitate service requests
fulfilment.
Job
Requirement
Minimally a Diploma in
Biomedical Engineering / Mechatronics / Electrical /
Electronic.
At least 2 years hands-on working
experience in field service support or equivalent technical
experience. Those with lesser experience can work as Assistant
Engineer to start with.
Good technical and
analytical trouble shooting skills in equipment and
systems.
Independent, self-sufficient and
customer oriented individual.
Requires
commuting within Singapore from site to site to execute
duties.
Proficient in spoken and written
English
Basic knowledge in IT networking or
electrical engineering
