Senior Retail Supervisor

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily retail operations, stock levels, product displays, and merchandising in accordance with brand standards.
• Ensure smooth execution of in-store promotions and seasonal campaigns.
• Monitor KPIs including sales targets, shrinkage, and staff productivity.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of retail staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Schedule staff rosters, manage attendance, and ensure proper shift coverage.
• Conduct performance reviews and identify areas for development.
• Ensure a high standard of customer service and manage customer feedback and complaints professionally.
• Implement initiatives to enhance the overall shopping experience.
• Oversee stock control, replenishment, and stocktake activities.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams for smooth product flow.
