Job descriptionMinimum degree in BMS / chemengine / pharm engin / Biotech or related fields. GMP experience or priorexperience in manufacturing plant preferred. Availability to do 12hrotating day and night shift .
Job Responsibilities
- Analyse causes of performance problems andprocess deviations that may impact achievement productionobjectives and targets.
- Analyse inventorylevels against plan, escalating any potential supplygaps.
- Approve calibration and pre-start upchecks of bioreactors, purification and final filling equipment aswell as manufacturing equipment.
- Assist withthe implementation of workflow, systems and equipmentimprovements.
- Check equipment parameterrecords and batch and log sheets.
