Position Overview :

We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Sales Associates or Senior Sales Associates. If you have a love for sales, a passion for women’s products, and the courage to tackle challenges head-on, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional, and engaging manner.
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to help customers make informed decisions.
• Drive sales by achieving individual and store sales targets.
• Process transactions accurately (cash, credit card, digital payments).
• Assist in stock management, including receiving, replenishing, and organizing merchandise.
• Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and display standards.
• Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges according to company policies.
• Stay updated on current promotions, new products, and brand guidelines.
• Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
