We're seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an SAP expert. In this role, you'll leverage your expertise to deliver high-quality solutions and drive business growth.

As a trusted advisor, you'll work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their expectations. Your technical prowess and ability to communicate complex ideas will be invaluable assets in this position.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a deep understanding of SAP technologies, including SuccessFactors Learning & Compensation, Performance Management, and Succession Planning. Your experience in implementing and supporting SAP systems will enable you to drive seamless project execution and ensure client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering end-to-end implementation projects for entities with Singapore HR and payroll requirements. A strong background in process harmonization concepts, combined with excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills, will make you an attractive candidate for this role.

• Minimum 5 years SAP Implementation and / or application support experience.
• Deep experience in SAP SuccessFactors Learning & Compensation / Performance Management / Succession Planning.
• At least 1-2 end-to-end implementation project experience for entities with Singapore HR and payroll requirements.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude, creative with excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
