Enrolled Nurse (Day Care Centre)

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Purpose :

Provide basic nursing care to Day Care Centre clients under the supervision and direction of Centre Manager.

Job Description :

1. Perform health assessment to new clients upon admission to the Centre.

2. Perform basic nursing care procedure and personal care activities to clients based on the individualized care plans.

3. Provide training and support to caregivers & nursing aides.

4. Oversee client's medical & nursing need and maintain up-to-date documentation of clients’ conditions and care treatments.

Job Requirement :

1. Enrolled Nurse registered with Singapore Nursing Board

2. NITEC in Nursing with 2 years of clinical experience for Enrolled Nurse position.

3. Expiernece working with elderly and / or persons with dementia

4. 5 days work week (Mon-Fri)
