Senior Associate /

Associate (Corporate Advisory)

Requirements :

Qualified Advocate and Solicitor of Singapore (admission to other

common law jurisdictions will also be

considered).

• 1 to 5 years of

post-qualification experience (PQE) with solid exposure to

corporate M&A and general commercial work.

Strong expertise in contract drafting, negotiation and legal

research.

Requirements :

Requirements :

You are a Singapore-qualified lawyer with a good honours degree in

law from a recognized university.
