Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

Project Planning & Initiation : Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments. Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies.
Client Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Clearly communicate project updates and address any concerns promptly.
Vendor Management : Select and manage subcontractors and suppliers for fabrication, installation, electrical work, and other necessary services. Negotiate contracts and ensure quality of work.
Project Execution & Monitoring : Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, budgets, and timelines. Monitor progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement corrective actions.
Quality Control : Implement quality control measures to ensure that all signage meets the required specifications and standards. Conduct inspections and address any defects.
Permitting & Regulatory Compliance : Obtain necessary permits and approvals from relevant authorities. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.

Requirements :

Education : Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.

Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in the signage industry.

Technical Skills : With understanding of signage design, fabrication, and installation techniques. Familiarity with different types of signage materials and technologies (e.g., LED, acrylic, metal). Knowledge of electrical wiring and installation is a plus.

Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with clients, vendors, and team members.

Problem-Solving Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to identify and resolve project issues effectively.

Regulatory Knowledge : Familiarity with local regulations and permitting processes related to signage installation.

Other Requirements : Possess a valid driver's license (preferred). Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
