Roles & Responsibilities

Up to $5,500 + AWS & Bonus
A reputable A1 main contractor with a strong track record in large-scale, complex building projects across both public and private sectors.
6 days (Can leave after 2pm on Sat, with no urgent tasks or deadlines to meet - possibly making it 5.5 days)

Responsibilities

Site planning, inspections and coordination with consultants, sub-contractors & clients on M&E requirements and specifications

Plan, monitor and ensure work-in-progress at site are on schedule

Prepare and compile as built drawings for submission

Coordinate for submission and approval, all shop drawings, samples, coordination drawings and supervision

Identify discrepancies, assess and recommend M&E sub-contractors claims

Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Superior Management

Requirements

Recognized Degree / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent

Well versed in AutoCAD

Knowledge of BIM would be an added advantage

Relevant experience in Singapore in Commercial / Building and Civil Projects.
