What the role is :

Enterprise Singapore’s Corporate Communications team plays an important role in shaping the perception of the organisation as the lead agency that grows stronger enterprises, develops Singapore as a hub for global trading, innovation and startups, and builds trust in Singapore enterprises, products and services through quality and standards. The Marketing Communications team works closely with the divisions ranging from industry clusters to global markets to craft content, amplify messages and track performance across various owned and paid channels to drive wide-ranging communications priorities in line with the agency’s goals and objectives. You will be responsible for shaping and driving Enterprise Singapore’s marketing and social media strategy, as well as developing and executing impactful multi-channel marketing campaigns driven by audience insights and data analytics to maximise outcomes from building awareness, driving consideration to influencing actions. As an experienced marketing professional, you should be in the know of the latest innovative digital initiatives for our local and global audiences. The role also requires you to collaborate with external stakeholders and partners (including agencies, production houses, media agencies), manage complex projects with challenging timelines, craft fresh copy and create diverse range of multimedia media content to engage target audiences.

What you will be working on

• Partner divisions to plan and execute integrated marketing communications activities with clearly defined objectives, target audience, messaging and success metrics to deliver on marketing outcomes.
• Be an effective business partner by proactively generating fresh and resourceful ideas to support divisions with impactful communications and marketing solutions aligned with business objectives. Synergise online and offline communication efforts to achieve maximum publicity outcomes.
• Provide advisory to divisions on corporate branding related matters to project a strong and positive image of EnterpriseSG and safeguard its reputation. Manage sub-brands and sponsorships to deliver a consistent brand aligned to overall brand architecture.
• Monitor and optimise campaign performance, report campaign performance to internal stakeholders and for management reports, as well as aggregate learnings for future campaign planning.
• Appoint and manage services to support various marketing functions and campaigns. These could include, but are not limited to, creative / media / digital media agencies, corporate gifts, photography / videography services, event management services etc.
