Able to work independently, can cook cuisine (especially sichuan cuisine is a must), able to work shift,
cook (sichuan cuisine)

6 day work week (Including of working weekend / off only on weekday)
Salary $2500 - $10000
Food and ingredient preparation
General Cleaning, maintenance of stall hygiene, and cleanliness.
Know how to cook all different chinese food.
Display positive and professional attitude at all times
Must comply with Singapore Food Agency (SFA) food hygiene guidelines at all times.
Ensure to do stock take and receive all in coming ingredients.
Keep track of all ingredient in fresh condition.
