Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Plan and develop authentic Korean menus, taking into consideration budget and seasonal ingredients.
• Oversee all kitchen operations and ensure smooth daily workflow.
• Coordinate and supervise kitchen staff, providing training when necessary.
• Ensure all food is prepared to high quality standards and served in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and enforce food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
• Manage kitchen inventory, monitor stock levels, and place orders to replenish ingredients and equipment.
• Introduce new Korean dishes or modern variations to keep the menu attractive.
• Handle feedback from customers and continuously improve menu quality.
• Keep updated with culinary trends and apply innovative ideas to enhance our offerings.
