- Permanent position : Account Manager
- Working Schedules : 5 days, office hours
- Remuneration : Up to $3,800 (Basic) + Monthly Incentive Bonus + Monthly Commission + AWS + Transport and Mobile package
As an Account Manager, you will drive growth by managing key enterprise accounts, developing new business opportunities, and delivering integrated technology solutions tailored to clients' operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and deepen relationships within assigned key accounts, including C-level stakeholders.Conduct white-space analysis to identify new sales opportunities and expansion potential.Prospect and develop new accounts through face-to-face meetings, calls, written proposals, and social media outreach.Achieve and exceed sales targets across all product and service portfolios.Lead complex sales cycles, including large-account and cross-selling strategies.Prepare and execute winning strategies for tenders and RFPs within targeted industries.Ensure customer satisfaction through consistent after-sales service and account retention.Report sales pipeline, performance, and account intelligence to management accurately.Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, IT, or related fields.Minimum 3 years' experience in B2B account management or solution sales within IT, Managed Services, or Digital Solutions industries.Strong consultative selling skills with proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.Self-driven, resilient, and results-oriented professional with strong client-engagement skills.Next Step
