Manager, Learning & Organisation Development

You will be part of a team driving the implementation of learning and organisation development (L&OD) in CAG. You will primarily be responsible for creating impact in capability / competency building, leadership development and implementing change management to shape mindsets and behaviours where needed.

This role sits within the People Development and Experience Team and supports our broader goals : growing strong leaders, enabling enterprise-wide learning that sticks, and building a culture of innovation and excellence.

You’ll work closely with varied levels of stakeholders, learning partners, and other teams to design programmes, propose interventions, and build a roadmap that helps our people learn and apply learning faster.
