Description :

We are looking for passionate

and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as

Tea Baristas . As a Tea Barista, you

will be the face of CHASHE - preparing drinks with care, providing

warm customer service, and ensuring the shop maintains a clean and

welcoming atmosphere.

Key

Responsibilities :

Prepare and serve a variety of tea-based drinks according

to standard recipes

Assist customers with menu

recommendations and provide friendly service

Handle cash register and payment transactions

accurately

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in

the bar and dining area

Manage daily stock

(ingredients, toppings, cups, etc.) and assist with inventory

checks

quality, authenticity, and

hospitality

Requirements :

No prior experience required - training will be

provided

Positive attitude, reliability, and

willingness to learn

Passion for tea,

beverages, and customer service

Ability to

work in a fast-paced environment
