Roles & Responsibilities

Infinitus Law Corporation is a medium-sized full-service law firm in Singapore. We are a pro-active multi-disciplinary law firm which seeks to provide our clients personalized, comprehensive and cost-effective service.

We invite capable and highly motivated individuals to apply for the position of Litigation Secretary. We are willing to consider applicants with little or no experience.

Requirements :

Litigation experience in legal firms preferred
Good command of written and spoken English
Meticulous, careful and accurate
Proficient in Microsoft Word
Self-motivated, independent and able to work with minimal supervision
Positive working attitude and a team player
Detail-oriented and able to work well under pressure

Job Scope :

Providing secretarial and administrative support to lawyers such as preparation of bundles of documents, updating records and monitoring timelines

Maintaining lawyers’ files by organising, managing, filing and archiving documents

Preparing documents, such as letters, bills and court documents

Maintaining the lawyers’ calendars by recording and monitoring court appearance dates, pleadings and filing requirements and scheduling of meetings

Reviewing, reading and drafting basic correspondence and legal documents

Other ad hoc tasks as directed
