Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Manage full set of accounts including maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling bank statements, preparing monthly balance sheets and income statements, and generating timely financial reports.
- Maintain open and effective communication with stakeholders, providing updates and information as needed.
- Maintain and manage relationships with banks and other relevant parties to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Assist in managing the foreign currency exposure and handling foreign exchange settlements.
- Perform any additional duties delegated by superiors.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and precision in numerical tasks.Demonstrate exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.Ability to handle sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality.Display self-motivation with a strong desire to learn.Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software.Fluent in both English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese stakeholders.Prior working experience in accounting or a related field is advantageous but not obligatory.Tell employers what skills you have
