Role Responsibilities : Senior Manager, Digital Product & Ecosystem, Asia Pacific will own the digital solutioning, product-market fit, conception of user journey, localization and integration efforts across Asia Pacific to launch, operate and monitor new and existing digital products. The role will be responsible for aligning regional initiatives with our global strategy and delivering exceptional customer experiences. With a key focus on advancing our omnichannel and wallet ecosystem offerings across key send and receive markets, the candidate will be the subject matter expert for product management, product-market fit, knowledge of local payment / ecosystem partners, UI / UX topics and responsible for definition and implementation of a framework for sustainable and modular application design The role will guide product development based on local insights, business requirements and understanding of segments within global style guides. The position also ensures an independent conception and specification of user experience designs while paying attention to business requirements and technical feasibility specific to geography. Other key responsibilities of the job include gathering of requirements and participating in the end-to-end platform requirements. Role Requirements : To be successful in this role, end- to-end experience in strategic planning & digital integration.
