Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and engage customers in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored recommendations for skincare and cosmetic products
- Demonstrate proper use of products through in-store testing or mini consultations
- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales targets
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge and stay updated on the latest beauty trends and launches
- Ensure shelves are well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing at all times
- Process customer purchases, returns, and exchanges using POS systems
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, especially when handling testers and samples
- Assist with inventory checks, stock replenishment, and merchandising as needed
- Participate in brand training and promotional activities
- Handle customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and escalate when necessary
Requirements :
Prior experience in retail sales; experience in cosmetics / skincare is highly preferredStrong passion for beauty, skincare, and customer serviceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidaysA Better Co Pte.
