ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and maintain full sets of accounts including AR, AP, GL and bank reconciliations.Perform sales reconciliation.Follow up with vendors for SOA for completeness of purchases.Prepare payment schedules and process payments.Review petty cash claims and vendor invoices, follow up with the relevant parties for supporting documents / approvals.Perform month-end closing activities and journal entriesAssist in preparing monthly management reports, cash flow forecasts and other reports required by the Group.Responsible for preparing GST returns in compliance with IRAS requirementsEnsure compliance with tax regulations and assist with filings.Utilize accounting software and POS systems for accurate data management.Support budgeting and financial forecasting based on operational trends.Perform other administrative or ad-hoc tasks as assigned.REQUIREMENTS
Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent qualifications.Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the F&B industry.Prior experience in Xero accounting software.Organised, meticulous and attentive to details.Possess initiative and able to meet deadlines.Good team player as well as able to work independently.Please click on the APPLY button or send your resume directly to recruit@hedonismhospitality.co with your availability date and expected salary .
