Procurement & ERP-Integrated Inventory Specialist

Responsibilities

• To assist engineers and department supervisors on purchasing for various projects and workshop tooling, hardware and miscellaneous purchases
• Follow up on the process and delivery including quality control
• Liaising with suppliers on price and delivery negotiations
• Manage deliveries to confirm compliance with projects
• Monitor stocks level and verify purchase requisition
• Assist in implementing ERP system to production floor and inventory control
• To overseas and control storage of all inventories
• ISO related matters and audits
