Executive, Operations (Events, Exhibitions, Conferences)
Responsibilities
- Assist sales teams in implementing projects on-site
 - Source for quotes on procurement of required materials
 - Cost negotiation with suppliers
 - Liaise with clients for required materials (i.e. artwork)
 - Monitor and coordinate with suppliers on work specifications and clients' requirements
 - Conduct checks on fabrication quality for pre-site arrangement
 - On-site client servicing and supervision of suppliers
 - Assist department in any other matters when necessary
 
Requirements
Relevant experience in the exhibition / construction / interior industries will be an added advantageAble to read site drawings is a mustPassionate, dedicated, detailed & perfectionistSelf-motivated and able to work independently and as a teamGood interpersonal and communication skillsWell versed with Microsoft Office and Adobe SuiteAble to multi-task, manage various projects and deliver high quality workOverseas travel may be requiredMinimum 2 years' experience in relevant trade.NOTE : Interested candidates who possess the relevant qualifications & experience are welcome to apply with detailed resume.
