Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing , or related field (MBA a plus). Proven experience as a Product Manager, Digital Product Owner, or similar role in technology-driven environments. Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies and product development processes. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills . Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills . Familiarity with UX / UI principles, digital platforms, and data-driven decision-making . Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment .
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap , aligning with business goals.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive insights to inform product decisions.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality digital products.
- Write clear product requirements documents (PRDs) and user stories with defined acceptance criteria.
- Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including prioritization, testing, and iteration.
- Monitor key product metrics (KPIs) to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Champion user experience (UX) and ensure product features enhance usability and engagement.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and digital trends to keep products competitive.
