Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with the development team.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation such as Software requirements, traceability Matrix.
• Prepare and manage tenders for new automatic payment projects, including solution design and cost estimation.
• Provide technical support during tender evaluation and negotiation phases.
