Roles & Responsibilities
Remuneration : Basic up to $2,500 + Performance Bonus
Work Days : 5.5 Days (based on schedule)
Work Hours : 40-44 Hours / Week
Location : Tampines / Kovan
Key Responsibilities
⦁ Perform reception duties such as patient registration, appointment scheduling and phone enquiries.
⦁ Process payments, insurance claims and ensure sufficient medical supplies.
⦁ Assist doctors during procedures and patient consultations.
Requirements
⦁ Shift work required
⦁ Bilingual with Mandarin proficiency to communicate with Mandarin-speaking elderly patients
⦁ Singaporeans only
