Infra Support Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities

• To manage Patching activity and Tech Upgrades (OS + MW + DB).
• To patch / upgrade the server on time and to seek for team assistance if not able to get support.
• Linux commands, Check logs for errors.
• Advise App team on the patches and what needs to be checked before and after.
• Basic SQL queries for DB performance check after patch
• At least 4 years and above Infra support experiences
