The Job

This position is responsible for the company’s warehouse operations activities. He / She is also responsible for warehouse inventory control. He / She will be supporting the logistics operations of Aerospace Division.

What You Can Expect of the Job

Maintain receipts, records and withdrawals of the warehouse
Perform general store duties, e.g. receiving, picking, packing of outgoing shipment
Verify all goods arrived as per the agreed purchase, delivery note and agreed quantity has been received
Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels
Perform overall inventory management
Coordinate the handling of freight, the movement of equipment and necessary minor repairs
Perform general administrative tasks, e.g. data entry and filing of documents
Receive request orders from Repair Order System (eLirom) and inventory system (BaaN)
Ensure cleanliness of all areas and in strict compliance with safety regulations
Any other reasonable task as assigned

What We Expect of You

‘O’ level or equivalent

Minimum 2 year of experience in storekeeping or inventory control in light industry

PC literate, e.g. MS Office

Good in written and spoken English

Possess valid forklift license and able to operate forklift

Possess knowledge of BaaN system is an added advantage

Willingness to work a flexible schedule and may require working beyond office hours if situation dictates
