Operations Manager (Ship Chandler)

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and lead a team of staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
• Oversee the procurement and delivery of products and services to our clients, ensuring timely and efficient operations
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Monitor and analyze operational processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Develop and implement operational strategies and policies to support the growth of the business
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained
• Prepare and present reports on operational performance to senior management
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and finance, to ensure smooth operations and achieve business objectives
• Stay updated on industry trends and developments, and make recommendations for improvement and growth opportunities.
