Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Handle full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with Singapore’s accounting standards and tax regulations (e.g. GST, IRAS filings)
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and corporate secretary
- Maintain proper documentation and internal controls
- Assist in intercompany transactions and consolidation if required
- Support ad hoc financial analysis and projects as assigned
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldMinimum 2 years of relevant working experience (F&B or retail industry experience is a plus)Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with Xero or QuickBooks is an advantageGood understanding of Singapore accounting standards and tax regulationsStrong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesIndependent, resourceful, and a team playerTell employers what skills you have
