We are seeking a highly motivated candidate for the position of Systems Analyst to function as a Cash Management technical SME within Information Technology Department under Asian Systems Office.

Our role focuses on cash management for corporate customers within a dynamic regional team that manages the Transaction Banking applications.

Job Responsibilities

• Work closely with the application team and the business analysts to provide technical solutions that enable integration of systems involved in the processing lifecycle for payments, collections, virtual accounts etc.
• Provide the technical solutions to connect systems based on the business requirements, taking into consideration the volumes expected, the performance required, scalability of the solutions and adherence to any service level agreement committed to our customers.
• Document the interface specifications of inter‑connectivity between applications.
• Document the conceptual design and detailed design of the solution.
• Liaise with the solution architect, enterprise architect and application team to come up with the solution design.
• Provide inputs to the testing CoE team on scenarios, validations, configurations in the interface or application setup so it can be thoroughly tested.
• Be involved during incidents to facilitate remediation of issues based on the technical understanding of the application and its integrated systems.
• Maintain up to date knowledge based on documents related to application design and integration specifications (subject matter expertise).
