Senior General Insurance Broker / Manager (Singapore)

Our client is seeking an experienced GI broker to manage a portfolio spanning P&C, Financial Lines, or Marine. The role focuses on both new business development and renewals, requiring strong technical knowledge and market relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio covering P&C, Marine, or Financial Lines.
• Lead renewal strategies, placement negotiations, and client servicing.
• Grow the business through prospecting, networking, and developing new client relationships.
• Maintain close relationships with insurers, underwriters, and market partners.
• Provide advisory on coverage structures and risk solutions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal processes.

Key Requirements

• 6+ years of general insurance broking experience.
• Strong network within the Singapore insurance market.
• Proven experience in new business generation and renewals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
