Carry outdaily site supervision, coordination and quality assurance of allarchitectural / Structural / M&E trades on site ;
Work closely with subcontractors on their works to ensuretimely work progress ;
Ensure all works arecarried out in accordance to approved specifications ;
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by themanagement

JobRequirements :

Knowledge in Architectural / Structural / M&E works;

Diploma or Relevant Trade Certificate;

Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience inarchitectural / Structural / M&E works ;

Ableto work independently and in a team
