Roles & Responsibilities
What you will do
- Support the creation of internal and external communications materials, including newsletters, announcements, intranet updates, and drafting of captions and simple visuals for social media posts.
- Assist in producing multimedia content such as infographics, videos, EDMs, newsletters and corporate presentations.
- Provide support in the planning and execution of internal campaigns and employee events.
- Conduct media monitoring and prepare reports on industry trends and company coverage.
- Assist in ensuring consistency of brand identity across communication materials, under the guidance of the team.
- Carry out research and benchmarking on communication practices within the maritime and related sectors.
- Provide administrative and project support to the communications team as required.
- Photo and video coverage at events -help capture event photos / videos for internal archives.
