Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced retired nurse to join our team as a Teleconsult Nurse in an advisory role. This role focuses on providing medical advice and support to patients via phone or digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide general health advice and nursing guidance to patients via video conferencing, phone calls and online chat platforms.
• Act as a liasison between patients and healthcare providers.
• Help patients understand when professional, in-person care is required and provide appropriate escaltion guidance.
• Documents all patient interactions and follow-ups accurately, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Other related tasks assigned by supervisor
