Roles & Responsibilities

About the role

As a Client Relationship Manager at MCI Career Services Pte Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and strengthening key client relationships. Based in the Central Region, this full-time position requires you to proactively engage with clients, understand their evolving needs, and deliver exceptional service to support their business objectives.

What you'll be doing

Manage and develop a portfolio of strategic client accounts
Regularly meet with clients to understand their challenges and requirements
Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement customised solutions
Provide expert advice and guidance to clients, acting as a trusted partner
Identify new opportunities to expand existing client relationships
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and activities
Contribute to the development of client-focused strategies and processes
Support client retention and growth initiatives

What we're looking for

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing, relationship management role

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders

Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities to identify and address client needs

Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts

Familiarity with the sales and account management processes

Adaptability and flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
