Responsibilities :
Digital Campaign Management :
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across
multiple channels, including social media, Google Ads, and email
marketing
Content
Creation : Develop engaging and SEO-friendly content
for websites, blogs, and social media platforms to drive traffic
and engagement
Social Media
Strategy : Manage and grow social media accounts by
creating and scheduling posts, responding to queries, and tracking
performance metrics
SEO / SEM
Optimization : Assist in improving search engine
rankings and implementing paid search campaigns to increase online
visibility
Data Analysis and
Reporting : Track and analyze campaign performance
using tools like Google Analytics, and prepare detailed reports for
management
Marketing : Create and manage email campaigns,
including newsletters and promotional emails, to nurture leads and
engage customers
Website
Maintenance : Support updates and enhancements to the
company website to ensure a seamless user experience
Market Research : Stay
updated on digital marketing trends and competitor activities to
identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
Collaboration Across Teams :
Work closely with design, sales, and product teams to ensure
marketing efforts align with business goals
Ad-Hoc Projects : Assist with
special projects and campaigns as required to support overall
marketing

JOB
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum
Diploma and above
Familiarity with tools like
Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and Canva; knowledge of Adobe
Creative Suite is a plus
Strong analytical
skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns
Creativity and attention to detail in developing and
presenting marketing content
Excellent written
and verbal communication skills
Passion for
digital trends and a proactive approach to learning and
problem-solving
